The full flag and category menus appears on the context menu. In a table view, such as Phone List, right-click the contact, click Follow Up, and then click Custom on the shortcut menu. He could right-click on his e-mails and flag them, but he wasn't getting all of the choices that I outlined in my post. However, this only allows you to use the quick click category.

I did find plenty of people complaining about this, and finally I found the Microsoft page, with specific instructions how to move the flag status column. This will remove the flag to-do item but retain the email in your archive. The Task will have all of the usual flags and reminders that you'd otherwise have available in a POP3 e-mail. (If you're not sure what a Quick Step is, click here Mark an open message complete On the Message tab, in theOptions group, click Follow Up , and then click Mark Complete.
