I solved my issue (as above) with 2 fixes, First my faulty WD Drive: Fact was, that in all Windows possibilities / tools /options, the disk could not be: - Initialized, I tried it with my PC again, Windows 7 recognized it, but said it needed to be formatted before it could be used.
